Returns & Refunds

At Rebelrose, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@rebelrose.com with your order number and photos.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
